Do u have a current menu to post??
Quintessential Maine roadside lobster roll and more stand. Everything on the menu is exactly the way you think it should be. The fried fish sandwich is the best I've ever had, the spicy tater tots are amazing and they serve their lobster roll on an extra long roll. Add in the scenery of a reversing water fall that changes direction with the tides...one of my favorite spots ever. 5 stars.
MoreBest crabmeat rolls anywhere! Also yummy onion rings, made from scratch. Add a view that can't be beat and you're talking about the Bagaduce Lunch!
MoreWorld's best Haddock sandwich and other food. Beautiful location on the river by a reversing tidal falls. I am always happy when I am here. Take out food to eat on picnic tables by the water.
MoreAlways go to the Badaduce Lunch a couple times each summer, never again. These people are drinking the Koolaid by the gallon. Signs and barriers all over. Instructions pertaining to how to act where to stand or sit or where you can't stand or sit. "After placing order, RETURN to your vehicle until called." Areas that where blocked were why we liked going there, to sit by the water. Employee was rude to us so we ended up leaving then went to Crosby's in Bucksport, much nicer atmosphere and employees. Also better food at more reasonable pricing.
MoreAs someone who has come up to Brooksville every summer and used to enjoy the food here, I no longer get it. The food is your average fried greasy food, albeit overpriced, and the lobster is especially small for its price. It's a pretty place, but the atmosphere is always toxic. The employees are very rude and generally unpleasant. I've had multiple bad experiences with the employees here, as have friends and other family members I've talked too. I would very much not reccomend coming here, instead look at other nearby options.
MoreGreat seafood place, good portions and reasonable prices.
Today was the first time my husband and I have been out for lunch since COVID 19. It is our anniversary so went to the Bagauce Lunch. The woman who took our order was rude and had a hard time hearing my order with my mask on. When they gave me a large milk instead of a milk shake she seemed annoyed with me. The milk shake had way to much chocolate and made me feel sick. We spent 60.00 and it felt like a waste of our time and money. Plus there are signs everywhere including not to throw rocks into the water and not to go on the beach or dock. Pets also are not allowed out of vehicles. Who cares if kids want to throw pebbles into the water??? I wouldn't recommend eating here. It's too bad I was really looking forward to my first time eating out. :(
MoreExcellent food as always. Fair prices. Friendly staff. Stunning view of the tidal Bagaduce river. Best lobster rolls, crab rolls on the coast. Best haddock. Best Cole slaw. Great burgers and other stuff. It's the best take out in Maine.
MoreFresh delicious food and beautiful surroundings. Can't beat it for lunch if you're in the area.
MoreGood Root beer and fries. Lovely slot!
Great fish and chips!
Best fried fish sandwich ever! Located by the water with plenty of tables. To bad they close for the season on Labor Day at 3:00. Will reopen in the spring.
MoreGreat lunch! Had clam basket - absolutely the best. Kids had chicken fingers and cheese burger. Yummy! Must try the onion rings!!
MoreA full fledge takeaway with all dishes that fried food has to offer from burgers to fish to shrimp. The quantities are huge for the price. While the food is okay, personally not a fan of fried food. However I loved the sitting area outside by the lake which is great if you are wearing a lot of mosquito repellent
MoreTruly indescribable. Just a lunch shack by the mouth of the Bagaduce River where it flowed into the Bay. Wonderfully good food (the fish burgers looked awesome and the fried shrimp was perfect!) But you have to go for that soft serve ice cream. A different flavor every day... And twisted to perfection!
MoreA few too many policies which limit fun, but nice outdoor dining. Perfect for the pandemic if you need to get out of the house and want low risk.
MoreAlways wonderful but an especially nice place now that we need to social distance. View is from our table with our backs to the restaurant. We always get the haddock sandwich, fries, onion rings and fresh lemonade.
MoreThere is no better place to experience Maine seafood than here. In the right season, you can see horseshoe crabs scuttle down the beach, and the views are always beautiful. If the blueberry ice cream is on the menu, don't hesitate, it's life-changing.
MoreCute little spot. Clearly the locals know what's good. The parking lot was FULL! We had lobster rolls (the big version - well worth it) and onion rings. Everything tasted amazing. To top it off you sit at picnic tables right by the water. Highly recommended!
MoreBig servings two of us can share
Had my first Haddock burger of the year..Bagaduce is the only place besides fresh off the boat that I eat Seafood from and its ALWAYS FRESH and NEVER OVERCOOKED..
MoreFantastic place for lunch. No public restroom. Limited beach access. Plenty of parking except on the busiest of days. Public boat launch and a "reversing falls" right next to it. Fish sandwich or fish and chips is the best you'll get in your life.
MoreGreat food. Great setting. Well worth the ride from Bangor.
I have ordered the haddock and the chicken fingers. They are both delicious. The river side seating makes for a beautiful lunch experience. The only downside is that this place is on the expensive side.
MoreGreat food! Pretty expensive prices but worth it for a treat. The wait for food was a bit long and the weather was pretty cold today so I would definietly bring a sweater along if you plan on sitting outside instead of your car. The chicken fingers were FANTASTIC. Foot long hot dog was as well. The milkshakes were also delicious!
MoreWe always go there every year but it seemed like they had scaled back their servings and there were signs posted everywhere that you had to follow. Still the clams were good.
